Mr. Glazer, actually make sure you call him Steve, was extremely professional and helpful. The first thing he said to me when I walked in was that he understood because he went to college as well. His office constantly kept me updated on the status of the case and he was always willing to speak with me when I had a question. He fought for me and did everything he could to help me.
