I called Glazer after not receiving a call back from another firm (tried twice). Jake picked up the phone and gave me his immediate attention. Our son is a college student in Flagstaff and we live out of state, so we are unfamiliar with the city and AZ state laws re. to traffic violations. Although the firm practices this type of law, Jake’s area of expertise is not specifically in this, but he had excellent knowledge. He promptly did research, made calls to the court, pulled records and data, provided us with e-mail and phone call updates updates and guidance. We’ve been dealing with our insurance company that we’ve been with for more that 20+ years, and have not received service anywhere near this level of professionalism and courtesy. When you have to reach out to an attorney, I imagine its typically because you don’t have good news… Jake’s professional response, excellent advice and thoughtful, kind demeanor have made an unfortunate situation much better.
